SOMO™ Somatic Movement Classes $40

Experience movement at your own level and pace, which means there is no pain or discomfort. Feel relaxed and invigorated at the same time. The natural movements work with the nervous system which can release trauma and deep-seated distress. Our somatic movement workshops and classes use a trauma-informed, polyvagal approach to release trauma. Be at ease in your own body and mind. No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.
